The house yard comprises richly decorated with Mediterranean vegetation such as olive trees, fig trees, rose hip, laurel, mandarins, rosemary and various flowers.
The surroundings open area includes a large stone table with a seating capacity of 8 to 10 people. In close proximity to the stone table is a general-purpose grill. The yard is big enough to also include child games and sunbathing.
